1. Platform Role
Agrekoo acts as an online aggregator connecting guests with independent agro-tourism hosts, farm stays, and rural retreat operators. Agrekoo does not own or operate the host properties directly.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate, complete information during registration and booking. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
3. Guest Verification
Guests are required to present valid government-issued ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar) at the host property during check-in in accordance with local regulations.
4. Host & Property Rules
Guests must follow the rules, property guidelines, quiet hours, and natural surroundings set by individual Hosts. Any damage to host property during a stay will be charged directly to the guest.
5. Limitation of Liability
Agrekoo is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, property loss, or service disruptions during a stay, though we carefully inspect and onboard verified host partners. Agrekoo's maximum aggregate liability in connection with any booking is limited to the total booking fee paid by you.
6. Early Check-In Policy

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds for bookings on Agrekoo are governed by standard platform rules and listing-specific cancellation tiers:
Standard Cancellation Timelines:
- 7+ Days Before Check-in: 100% refund (minus standard processing fee).
- 3 to 7 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund of total booking amount.
- Less than 3 Days Before Check-in / No-Show: Non-refundable.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days from your checkout date. In rare cases of emergency cancellations initiated by the Host or unmanageable local weather events, guests receive a 100% full refund or a full booking credit for a future date.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from your use of Agrekoo shall be subject to arbitration seated in Pune under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The courts in Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not resolved by arbitration.
